VTH Saves K-9 Officer Kito

Veterinary Teaching Hospital patient Kito, an eight-year-old Belgian Malinois and a member of the Raleigh Police Department K-9 Unit, was restored to health and is back on the force following a severe bout of leptospirosis that nearly proved fatal and landed him in the VTH Intensive Care Unit for two weeks.
