Sparking Joy in Those Around Her
Michelle Plantier is the Client Services Specialist for the Neurology Service at the Veterinary Hospital. She has been at the CVM for two years. Most of the day she is checking clients in and out, while answering multiple phone lines, checking fax/emails and making sure that they have all of the appropriate records for patients. A lot of time she is helping technicians and doctors with whatever is needed. She also acts as a verbal map for anyone who comes in to the Neurology pavilion.
Michelle really enjoys the people that she works with and enjoys seeing all of the success stories. Hearing the client’s stories and bonding with them, make her job much more enjoyable. She is inspired by her small group, as they challenge her to grow and change into the person she was made to be. They constantly encourage one another and are always full of so much joy!
She shares her home with one kitty named Ella, who is a 3 year old domestic shorthair who was one of five kittens dropped off in a cardboard box at her previous job. In her spare time she loves to read, play board games and spend time with friends. Michelle also loves playing disc golf and croquet or really doing anything outside.
